Who is responsible for your data

What we collect on this page

This site doesn't ask you for any data. There are no sign-up or contact forms.

The only thing collected is usage information, through Google Analytics: which pages get visited, for how long, from what kind of device, from roughly what city, and where you arrived from. That information doesn't identify you: it doesn't include your name, your email or your phone number.

We also record when someone clicks the WhatsApp button, the phone number or the address. We record that it happened, not who did it.

What we use it for

To understand what helps people and what doesn't. If we see that nobody finds the opening hours, we move them. If we see that the birthdays page gets read all the way through, we write more like that.

We don't use this information for targeted advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone other than Google, who operates the measurement tool.

Cookies

Google Analytics stores a cookie in your browser so it doesn't count you twice. You can delete it or block it from your browser settings, and the site will keep working just the same.

When you message us on WhatsApp

If you click the WhatsApp button, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by that app's policies. Whatever you tell us there, we use to help you and nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. These rights are yours by Mexican law.

To exercise them, write to us at hola@kidsquad.com.mx with your name and what you need. We answer within a maximum of 20 business days.

If we change this notice

We update it on this same page and change the date below. If the change is substantial, we say so on our social channels.
